Temp-to-Hire Staffing
With our temp-to-hire option, many clients choose to hire our candidates on a full-time
basis after an initial trial period. In doing so, the candidate we present works
for a specified period of time on our payroll, allowing you to directly assess their
work performance prior to hire by your organization. A graduated conversion fee,
if applicable, is charged based on hours worked on contract assignment.
